I forgot to leave a tip when using the app. Can I add one afterwards?
At this time, tips can only be applied through the app when using our “Scan to Pay & Earn Loyalty” QR code and must be added prior to scanning, tips cannot be added on afterwards.
Where do I see my points and status level within the app?
Visit the Rewards section of the app to view your points and status level.
I forgot to scan to earn points at the store. What do I do?
Don’t worry! Grab your receipt from the location you visited and contact us, along with your name and email associated with your mobile app account, and points for your qualifying purchase will be added. Please note that if you do not have a copy of a printed receipt, we will not be able to issue points.
Why does it tell me I have “invalid options selected” when trying to add my order to my cart through the app?
You are receiving this error message because you did not select an option for all the required fields when building your drink. To successfully add your order to your card, go back and make sure that you have a gold bar and say “*required” next to them.
I made a purchase without my app. Can I still receive credit?
Yes, you can still receive credit for a purchase made without the app. To do so, you must contact us with a copy of a printed receipt from the location you visited and a brief description of what prevented you from using the app. If you do not have a copy of a printed receipt, we will not be able to issue points.
