Order Ahead Options at Ziggi's Coffee

In effort to continue serving the best part of your day, you can now place your order and pay through our Ziggi’s mobile ordering app or Alexa Skill and pick it up at any of our existing locations.

ZIGGI’S COFFEE MOBILE ORDERING APP

The Ziggi’s Coffee mobile app will allow you to place an order and pay for it ahead of time through your iOS phone. Your order will then be waiting for you to pick up at the Ziggi’s Coffee café or drive-thru location you selected within the app.

Here are the most frequently asked questions to help you get started with utilizing the mobile ordering app:

  • Where can I download the app?
    • The Ziggi’s Coffee mobile ordering app is available to download on your iOS device from the App Store. You can find it here or by typing in “Ziggi’s Coffee” in the search bar when inside the App Store.
  • What about my Android phone?
    • The mobile app is only available for iOS devices, but you can also order ahead through the Alexa App, which is available on Android, iOS, and all Amazon Echo devices (see below).
  • Which locations can accept orders from the app?
    • All existing Ziggi’s Coffee locations can accept mobile orders. Click here to find a location nearest you.
  • Do I have to pay to download and utilize the app?
    • The app is always free to download. You will pay for your drinks in the app when placing your order.
  • What does the voice recognition technology within the app do?
    • The voice recognition part of the app gives you the ability to speak your order into your phone as if you were speaking to one of our baristas.
  • Can I only place an order by speaking into my phone?
    • No. The app also lets you browse our full drink menu, place an order and customize it using regular touch screen capabilities.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    • You will pay for your order ahead of time through the app. Once you place your first order, you will hit the checkout cart to add your payment method in the form of a debit card, credit card or Apple Pay account. The information will be stored for future purchases, but you can change it at any time by clicking on the checkout cart.
  • Where do I pick up my order?
    • If picking up at a café location, you can head inside where the order will be waiting for you at our designated area. If picking up at a drive-thru location, you can either choose to go through the drive-thru lane or visit the walk-up window where our baristas will hand you your order.
  • Does the app track loyalty?
    • The app does not have a loyalty program available. This means you will need to have our baristas still punch your punch card to receive “Zs” when you arrive to pick up your order. 
  • Can I order food or bottled beverages through the app?
    • You can only order our menu drinks through the app. All food and bottled beverages are excluded.
  • Can I redeem a coupon or discount utilizing the app?
    • Unfortunately, if you have a coupon, discount or other special offer, those will not be able to be used within the app. They will have to still be redeemed through an in-store purchase only.
  • What are the required modifiers?
    • These are the parts of your order you will have to customize to let us know if you’d like to enjoy your drink hot or cold, with a specific milk, a syrup flavor, an extra shot of espresso, etc. Be as detailed as possible when creating your order so that we can make your drink right!

ZIGGI’S COFFEE ALEXA SKILL

Our Ziggi’s Coffee Alexa Skill will allow you to place an order and pay for it ahead of time through your Echo device. Your order will then be waiting for you to pick-up at the Ziggi’s Coffee café or drive-thru location marked as your favorite through your Ziggi’s Coffee profile.

Here are the most frequently asked questions to help you get started with utilizing the Alexa Skill:

  • Where do I find the Ziggi’s Coffee Alexa Skill?
    • You can find the Ziggi’s Coffee Alexa Skill here. To access, you must either log in utilizing your Amazon account credentials or create a new Amazon account.
  • Which locations can accept orders from the skill?
    • All existing Ziggi’s Coffee locations can accept Alexa Skill orders. You will need to designate your pick-up location within your Ziggi’s Coffee account. Click here to find a location nearest you.
  • Why is it telling me account linking is required?
    • Before you can start utilizing the skill to order, you must first create a Ziggi’s Coffee account profile. When enabling the skill, you will be redirected to either sign into your account or create a new one.
  • What happens inside my Ziggi’s Coffee account?
    • The Ziggi’s Coffee account tied to the Alexa Skill is where you will set up your payment information and select your favorite location, which your orders will be sent to. If either of these need to be updated, you will need to login into your account to do so under the Digital Ordering tab.
  • Do I have to pay to utilize the skill?
    • The skill is free to enable and use on your Echo device. Purchases will be made when placing an order.  
  • How do I start the ordering process once my skill has been enabled and my Ziggi’s Coffee account set up?
    • Once you have the skill enabled and your Ziggi’s Coffee account linked with payment and pick-up location information, you may begin the ordering process by speaking to Alexa through your Echo device. You can provide your order or ask to browse the menu by asking questions about what we have available.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    • You can finalize and pay for your order through the Alexa Skill by saying “Go to checkout”. From there, your order will be processed. The payment will be made by utilizing the method you initially set up in your Ziggi’s Coffee account.
  • Where do I pick up my order?
    • If picking up at a café location, you can head inside where the order will be waiting for you at our designated area. If picking up at a drive-thru location, you can either choose to go through the drive-thru lane or visit the walk-up window where our baristas will hand you your order.
  • Does the skill track loyalty?
    • The skill does not yet track loyalty with purchases. This means you will need to have our baristas still physically punch your punch card to receive “Zs” when you arrive to pick-up your order.  
  • Can I order food or bottled beverages through the skill?
    • You can only order our menu drinks through the skill. All food and bottled beverages are excluded.
  • Can I redeem a coupon or discount utilizing the skill?
    • Unfortunately, if you have a coupon, discount or other special offer, those will not be able to be used through the skill. They will have to still be redeemed through an in-store purchase only.
