Ziggi’s collects, processes, and retains information from you and any devices that you may use when you use, access, or interact with our Services, and in other ways described below.

Voluntarily provided information, which may include your name, address, email address, billing and/or credit card information, etc., which may be used when you purchase products and/or services, enter sweepstakes and/or contests, sign up to receive emails from the company through its e-newsletter program and to deliver the services you have requested.

Ziggi’s may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services and/or products that may be offered. 

Ziggi’s does not now, nor will in the future, sell, rent or lease any of our customer lists and/or names to any third parties, and shall share your information only in accordance with this Policy. 

Ziggi’s may deem it necessary to follow websites and/or pages that our users may frequent in an effort to gleam what types of services and/or products may be the most popular to customers or the general public.

Children Under Age of 13 

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website. 

INFORMATION SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES 

We contract with and interact with third parties that allow us to provide services and products to you, and may, in the course of such interactions, share your personal information with such third parties. This includes services providers that host our website, process payments and other requests, store data, provide web analytics, provide Ziggi’s with information technology support, and our customer service department. In the process of providing their functions, Ziggi’s may provide personal information about you to such parties.  

We may also use or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or on the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to applicable law or comply with legal process served on us or our Services, (b) protect and defend our rights or property, our Services, or our users, or (c) act to protect the personal safety of us, users of our Services, or the public. 

USER DETERMINATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED 

All users and/or visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us and/or reserve the right to discontinue receiving communications by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe to our website please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to info@ziggiscoffee.com. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe and/or opt-out. 

Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable the use of location tracing services from individual applications, including any application on which you might interact with Ziggi’s. You may be able to make certain decisions about whether such services are enabled or not directly through your device settings. In the case of Ziggi’s Mobile App, you can manage your location tracking preferences within the app’s notification settings menu.  

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 

Ziggi’s may make changes to this Policy from time to time, and we will post any such changes to our Services and we will make the version immediately preceding this current Policy available upon request so that you can see what the changes are and when the changes occurred. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by means of a notice on this website and/or an email sent to your provided email account. Where required by applicable data protection laws, we will also seek your consent to any material changes that retroactively affects how we use your personal information that was collected under a prior version of this Policy. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Policy.

Ziggi’s shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.

Ziggi’s does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website or other online service and account that collects personally identifiable information. This Policy applies only and solely to the information collected by our website and other company affiliated online services and accounts. 

OPT-IN FOR TEXT MESSAGING 

Users may subscribe to receive SMS messages from Ziggi’s as part of the loyalty registration process at https://ziggiscoffee.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/enroll?cardtemplate=gz6U71JdL9Y&template=0. By doing so, users agree to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Ziggi’s to the mobile phone number provided when signing up. Messages may pertain to promotional programs, new menu items, etc. Messages for this program will be sent from 10DLC and shall begin with text indicating it is from Ziggi’s. Consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and Data rates may apply. 

 

To opt-out of the text messaging program, text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our 10DLC to cancel. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to our 10DLC you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.
