As we bid farewell to an extraordinary year, we're excited to recap the highlights of our incredible journey in 2023. One that was filled with expansion, new products and growing connections with our beloved communities. All of this, however, would not have been possible without the ongonig support from our franchise owners, vendors, team members and cherished customers. Here are a few of the notable moments from this past year: 

Expanding New Horizons

We expanded our footprint by proudly opening 17 new locations across the U.S. What makes this year particularly special is the addition of three new markets: Indiana, South Dakota and North Carolina. The locations in these states not only broaden our geographical reach, but also allow us to introduce our unique experience to even more coffee, tea and enery drink enthusiasts. 

Franchise Opportunity Flourishes

Our network of franchisees has become even more robust as we proudly welcomed 122 new franchise owners. Each agreement signifies a commitment to bringing the unparalleled taste of Ziggi's into new communities. It's a testament to the trust and enthusiasm that our franchisees contribute to the brand and we are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such passionate individuals. Introducing New Products

Product innovation and the committment to continue serving our customers with a variety of quality menu items remained at the forefront of initiatives. We expanded our food items by offering new savory breakfast sandwiches. We launched our very own Ziggi's Energy in both regular and sugar-free flavors to be used in our Energy Infusions or enjoyed on its own. In doing so, we expanded our Infusion flavors, including adding more 100% sugar-free options to the menu, and making more sizes available. Lastly, we introduced new kidZone drinks, including hot drinks options that come with coloring sleeves and crayons making Ziggi's truly a one-stop coffee shop for the entire family. All of these product innovations contibute to showcasing our diverse menu options. 

But, even though we introduced many exciting items, some of our signature drinks remained favorites among our customers. Below were the drinks you helped to make some of our top sellers within each category throughout the year:

• Signatures: Caramel Macchiato
• Energy Infusion: Beach Bum
• Tea: Vanilla Bee Chai
• Smoothie: Strawberry Banana
• Fresherz: Dragon Fruit Splash
• Italian Soda: Midnight Berry
• kidZone: Frozen Campfire Cocoa

As we raise our cups to the achievements of 2023, we are already buzzing with anticipation for what lies ahead in 2024. As we continue to expand, we can't wait to share our passion for great products and exceptional service with even more of you.
