Sweepstakes Entry Period: December 12, 2025 (12:01 AM MT) – December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM MT)
Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents in states where Ziggi’s Coffee operates who are 16 years of age or older and have an active Ziggi’s Rewards account. Void in New York, Rhode Island, and where state law prohibits this sweepstakes. Employees of Sponsor and franchise locations, their affiliates, and household/immediate family members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable laws.
How to Enter:
• One (1) entry will be made for a participant for each qualifying visit. A qualifying visit occurs when a participant eligible under the terms of these rules and all other Ziggi’s rules checks in with their Ziggi’s Rewards account in-store, online, or via the app during the Entry Period. No limit on entries. Third-party delivery orders are excluded and will not count as an entry.
• Alternative Method of Entry: Mail a legibly handwritten 3"x5" card with name, mailing address, phone number, email, date of birth, and preferred Ziggi’s store location to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026. Limit one entry per envelope.
Automated or bulk entries void.
Prize: One (1) winner will be selected for each participating Ziggi’s Coffee location. Prize consists of fifty-two (52) digital rewards, each valid for one (1) free small drink up to 16 oz, hot, iced or blended, from the regular menu at any Ziggi’s Coffee location during 2026. Modifiers, upgrades, bottled beverages, and retail items excluded; unused weekly rewards expire.
Approximate Retail Value: up to $367 per prize. No cash or prize substitutions, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner responsible for any taxes or costs.
Winner Selection / Notification: Random drawing for each store on or about January 12, 2026. Odds depend on number of eligible entries per store. Potential winners contacted via email/phone/app and must respond within five (5) business days and may be required to sign paperwork. Non-response = disqualification and alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city and state for promotional purposes without compensation, where permitted by law. Individuals in jurisdictions such as Tennessee that prohibit such release shall not be deemed to have granted such right.
General Conditions: Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with entry process or acting disruptively.
Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and affiliates are not responsible for technical errors, entry failures, or claims related to participation or prize acceptance.
Disputes: All disputes resolved individually in Colorado courts under Colorado law.

Q: How do I enter the Sweepstakes?
A: You earn one entry every time you check in with your Ziggi’s Rewards account during a qualifying visit. Check-in in-store, online or through the Ziggi’s Mobile App.
No purchase is required to enter. An alternative mail-in entry method is available.
Q: Does making more visits increase my chances of winnint?
A: Yes. Each visit with a Rewards check-in = One entry.
More visits, means more entries, means more chances to win.
But entries earned by visiting do not increase your odds over entries submitted through mail-in method.
Q: Do I need to make a purchase to enter?
A: No. While many guests earn entries through loyalty visits tied to transactions, no purchase is necessary to participate. You may enter via the free mail-in method described in the Official Rules.
Q: Who can participate?
A: Anyone 16 years or older with a Ziggi’s Rewards account who lives in a state where Ziggi’s operates. Residents of New York and Rhode Island are not eligible.
Q: How many winners will there be?
A: One winner per Ziggi’s Coffee location, selected at random from that store’s eligible entries.
Q: What does "Free Ziggi's for a Year" include?
A: Winners receive one free small drink (up to 16 oz, hot, iced or blended) per week for 52 weeks during 2026. Rewards load automatically into the winner’s Rewards account each week.
Q: Can unused weekly drinks roll over?
A: No. Each weekly reward expires at the end of the week if not redeemed.
Q: What drinks qualify for the weekly reward?
A: Eligible drinks include any small menu drink up to 16 oz, hot, iced or blended. Excludes: bottled beverages, ready-to-drink products, merchandise, food items, and modifiers or upgrades (those are charged separately).
Q: How and when will winners be notified?
A: Ziggi’s HQ will notify winners on or around January 12th, 2026 via email, phone or in-app message. Make sure your Rewards account information is up to date!
Q: What if I don't have a Ziggi's Rewards Account?
A: You can join for free in the Ziggi’s app, or online or in-store.
Once you create an account you can begin earning entries immediately each time you check-in with a qualifying purchase.
