1. Promotion Overview

The Ziggi’s Coffee Holiday Gift Card Promotion (the “Promotion”) rewards guests who purchase qualifying gift cards at participating Ziggi’s Coffee locations during the holiday season. By participating, guests agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Standard Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 4, 2025, and ends on December 19, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
Free Drink Coupons may be redeemed through January 31, 2026 (the “Redemption Period”).

3. Eligibility

Open to all guests of participating Ziggi’s Coffee locations in the United States.
No purchase is necessary except as required to qualify for the described promotional offers.
Employees, officers, directors, franchise owners, and affiliates of Ziggi’s Coffee are eligible to participate in-store but are not eligible for any additional corporate discounts, incentives, or perks related to this promotion.

4. Holiday Amplifier Events

Throughout the Promotion Period, Ziggi’s Coffee will feature several limited-time “Holiday Amplifiers” designed to add value and excitement for guests. Each event has its own terms and participation requirements as outlined below.

1. Black Friday (November 28, 2025)
   Guests who purchase a $25 or more physical gift card in-store on Black Friday (November 29, 2025) will receive two (2) Free 16 oz Drink Coupons instead of one.
   All other terms of the Promotion remain the same.
   Offer valid while supplies last and only at participating Ziggi’s Coffee locations.

2. Cyber Monday (December 1, 2025)
   Guests who purchase digital gift cards online on Cyber Monday (December 1, 2025) will receive 10% off their total digital gift card order.
   Offer valid online only through participating Ziggi’s Coffee digital channels.
   Not valid for in-store purchases or physical gift cards.

3. Giving Tuesday (December 2, 2025)
   In celebration of Giving Tuesday, Ziggi’s Coffee will make a donation to Toys for Tots based on total gift card sales during the Promotion Period.
   Final donation amount will be determined and announced following the close of the promotion.
   This initiative supports Toys for Tots’ mission to bring holiday joy to children and families in need.

5. Promotional Terms and Coupon Redemption Details

Guests who purchase a $25 or more physical gift card in-store at a participating Ziggi’s Coffee location during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) Free 16 oz Drink Coupon.

• Offer valid on in-store physical gift card purchases only.

• Limit one coupon per qualifying transaction, regardless of total gift card amount.

• Guests must present the original physical coupon at time of redemption. Digital copies, photos, scans, or reproductions will not be accepted.

• Coupons cannot be used on the same transaction as the qualifying gift card purchase.

• Coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are valid while supplies last.

• Coupons expire January 31, 2026.

• Coupon redemption cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, offer, or promotion.

• Not valid through third-party delivery services or mobile app orders.

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired coupons will not be replaced or honored.

• Participation and availability may vary by location.

A: No, coupons can not be redeemed on day of purchase. 

Q: Where can I redeem my free drink coupon?
A: Coupons can be redeemed at any participating Ziggi’s Coffee location nationwide through January 31, 2026.

Q: What drinks qualify for the free coupon?
A: The coupon can be redeemed for any 16 oz menu drink. Bottled beverages and grab-and-go items are excluded.

Q: Do digital gift cards qualify for the free drink coupon?
A: No. The free drink coupon offer applies only to in-store physical gift card purchases. However, on Cyber Monday (Dec 1), digital gift cards will be 10% off online.
