By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Sponsor” or “Ziggi’s”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

This Sweepstakes is administered and powered by Wit Labs, Inc. (“Wit”) on behalf of Sponsor via the Wit contest platform. Wit is not the sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in AL and NE; 21 in MS) at time of entry.
Employees of Ziggi’s Coffee, Wit, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
2A. VOID IN CERTAIN STATES
This Sweepstakes is void in the states of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of these states are not eligible to enter or win, and any entries received from these states will be disqualified. Sponsor makes no representation that this Sweepstakes complies with the laws of these jurisdictions. If you are accessing this Sweepstakes from one of these states, you are directed to exit the entry page and not participate.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m local time in the participant’s time zone Tuesday, March 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. local time in the participant’s time zone on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Wit’s system clock will be the official timekeeper.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may visit the designated Sweepstakes landing page and complete the online entry form with required information (including name, email address, and ZIP code).
Limit one (1) play per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Automated entries, robotic entries, or entries submitted through improper means are void.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
Internet access required; free internet access may be available at public locations.
5. INSTANT-WIN GAME & PRIZES
This is an instant-win Sweepstakes. Upon successful submission of an eligible entry during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants will immediately receive on-screen notification indicating whether they have won a prize, subject to verification.

- $25 Ziggi’s Digital Gift Cards (ARV: $25 each) – Maximum quantities available: 40
- Free Small Drink rewards - Maximum quantities available: 500
- 50% Off Any Drink rewards – Maximum quantities available: 1,600
- $1 Off Any Drink rewards – Maximum quantities available: 6,000
- BOGO 50% Off Any Drink rewards – Maximum quantities available: 24,360
Prize availability is allocated nationally and not by state. Sponsor does not guarantee a minimum number of prizes will be awarded in any particular state or geographical region.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. ODDS & VARIABLE PROBABILITY
This Sweepstakes utilizes a dynamic probability engine. Due to the variable number of entrants and prize inventory, the probability of winning a particular prize may vary during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on:
- The number of eligible entries received; and
- The number and type of prizes remaining at the time of entry.
All prize quantities are fixed and will not exceed the amounts listed above.
7. PRIZE REDEMPTION
All non-gift-card prizes must be redeemed on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 only. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL NON-GIFT-CARD PRIZES EXPIRE AT 11:59:59 P.M. OR AT CLOSE OF BUSINESS LOCAL TIME ON MARCH 17, 2026, AND THAT NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Unredeemed prizes will be forfeited with no compensation or substitute offered.
Prizes may be redeemed:
- In-store by presenting or mentioning the unique code received; or
- Online or in-app by entering the unique code at checkout.
Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC and their respective affiliates, franchisees, employees, and agents reserves the right to void multiple entries associated with the same individual.
Failure to redeem a prize on March 17, 2026 will result in forfeiture. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, expired, misused, or unredeemed codes.
Digital Gift Cards will be delivered electronically and are subject to Ziggi’s standard gift card terms.
8. WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION
Winners are determined instantly at the time of entry, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering, fraud, or violation of these Rules.
Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC shall have no obligation to award prizes to entrants who fail to comply with these Official Rules or who fail to properly redeem prizes within the stated redemption period.
Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC shall have no obligation to award any prize if technical errors, programming errors, printing errors, or other failures result in the incorrect or unintended display of a winning message.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
All prize redemptions are subject to applicable store policies and product availability.
Released Parties (Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC, Wit, and their respective affiliates, franchisees, employees, and agents) are not responsible for technical errors, system failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other issues beyond their reasonable control.
10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC, Wit, and their respective affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
Entrants further agree that under no circumstances will Sponsor or Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes.
10A. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not by a court of law. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Weld County, Colorado. To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration, entrants consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Weld County, Colorado.
11. PRIVACY

Information is also subject to Wit’s Privacy Policy. Pursuant to a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) between Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC and Wit Labs, Inc., Wit acts solely as a data processor on behalf of Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC (the data controller) in connection with this Sweepstakes. Wit is contractually prohibited from: (a) selling entrant Personal Data; (b) sharing entrant Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising; or (c) using entrant Personal Data for any purpose other than providing the Sweepstakes platform services to Sponsor. Entrant data is stored and processed in the United States. Wit’s current sub-processors are Amazon Web Services (AWS) and GitHub. In the event of a data security breach involving entrant Personal Data, Wit is contractually required to notify Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise, LLC without undue delay.
